New Initiative Based Approach.
Always evaluating and seeking improvement, HIF is working to shift its operational strategy away from singular projects. Our goal is to establish broader initiatives under which individual projects exist. This will enable HIF to better organize its resources and apply its platforms. Ultimately, it will enhance the effectiveness of our short and long term impact balance. We will be announcing our strategic initiative focus areas on November 1, 2022.

Enhancing Rural Education Project.
HIF has launched its rural education initiative with our work supporting the community of Ripton, Vermont. Since November 2021, HIF has deployed its consulting platform to support the Ripton School Board. Over this period, we have worked to support the board in its process of navigating and developing successful strategies solving the challenges confronting them. This has included facilitation, workshops, advising, one on one sessions with board members, and the preparation of a report presented to Vermont's SBE.

A Message From Dylan Patrick
Dear World Changer, The punch-list of challenges we must address is long. We desire justice, peace, and equality of opportunity. Multi-generational issues, such as racism and systemic strain upon institutions we depend upon, exist. We want to fulfill our potential and improve education. We must strengthen the arts and protect the environment. These are all critical challenges defining our present and our future. With effort, collaboration, and a willingness to do what is necessary, we can stop passing challenges onto future generations. We have the tools and resources, but they are not the source of our achievements. They are the means to which we achieve goals. It is our mind and capacity to think creatively and act critically that drives individual and collective potential. Regardless of our title, profession, finances, political affiliation, gender, or ethnicity, the problems we face, simple and complex, require us all to be the problem solvers. And so, we must re-emphasize human development beyond churning out miniature replicas of specific roles. We need individuals who engage, think, and act to maximize the impact of our tools, resources, and talent. There is no magic pill. No switch to flip. It is us. Our human capacity to analyze, understand, communicate, create, and innovate that will secure our future. And, we do not have a moment to lose. Today, we have an opportunity and the responsibility to be contributors to an effort that will be judged by history. I built HIF because I could not sit back and watch events continue to unfold with the same headlines on repeat. And so, I began to explore patterns of shared qualities and trends found within challenges and available solutions. From this study, I developed a concept of human development and a formula for sustainable solutions that became the foundation of Holistic Impact Foundation. HIF is a pathway to sustainable solutions to challenges of our lifetime. Together, we can break barriers and shatter ceilings. Together, it is possible to significantly impact the world. Thank you for your time, Dylan Patrick, Founder Holistic Impact Foundation |
