We are more concerned with producing sustainable results and generating positive impact than protecting egos. Our primary concern is achieving our mission and being a source of positive impact
in the world.

Meet The Founder

Dylan is a musician, writer, and problem solver. He has always believed in making a positive impact on the world around him. Several years ago, he decided he needed to do more. He wanted to stop leaving problems for future generations. And so, he built Holistic Impact Foundation.

Relentless.

Dylan's tireless work-ethic has driven the effort to develop, design, and build HIF. Always learning, he promotes the idea of assessing and evaluating both success and failure to
perform better.

Eclectic.

Graduating in 2008 with a degree in history, Dylan has completed three thesis projects. He has worked as a reporter, musician, has completed independent research on human development and deconstructing social challenges, and supported youth and adults in a variety of roles

Problem Solver.

Dylan views challenges as opportunities to make a difference. Translating creative thinking into critical action, he finds paths to positive outcomes that are immediately impactful and sustainable.

Dr. Jeffery Beedy

Founder Sports Plus

A human development specialist and former headmaster of several US and international schools, Dr. Beedy worked with Dylan to refine his human development model and as a co-creator of an initiative to support refugees in Malawi, Africa. Unfortunately, Dr. Beedy passed away in 2023. Yet, his role as a sounding board and mentor continue to influential.
